• Lavender
  Lavender has a pine, floral aroma. It is one of the most versatile and best-loved aromatherapy oils and is useful for a wide range of physical and emotional complaints. Pure Lavender oil is well known for its sedative and mood-enhancing properties. It is therefore useful in combating anxiety and stress-related problems, including insomnia.

• Roman Chamomile
  Roman Chamomile has a strong, herbaceous, fruity apple aroma. It is a deeply relaxing and calming essential oil that is also widely used as an anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic. It’s balancing effect on the mood and is a popular choice in massage oils to promote relaxation, reduce muscular tension and to help with stress-related conditions and insomnia. Roman Chamomile is an especially gentle, safe and effective essential oil.

• Valerian Root
  Valerian Root has a rich, deep, woody, musky (dirty sock) aroma that you’ll either love or hate. It is one of the most widely used natural sedatives in Europe and is commonly used to aid relaxation and to help treat insomnia. Valerian is a calming and grounding essential oil with tranquillizing properties. It can help to calm and relax the nervous system and can be beneficial for anxiety, stress, depression, restlessness, insomnia and for helping people cope with emotional trauma and tension.
